Motorsports Track Event

We are excited to provide the ultimate track experience during the 2016 International Meet at the world famous Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course in the rolling hills of Ohio with some of the most challenging corners anywhere.  The grounds have been said to look more like a country club than a racetrack in deference to its lush green grass and beautiful trees.  At 2.4-miles long with 15 turns, the circuit has earned its reputation over more than five decades of great racing among many of motorsport's legendary competitors.  The iconic Goodyear Tower offers a great view of the track for those not driving.

Driver’s School on Monday, June 20

Driver’s School registration will be limited to a maximum of 60 drivers. Ferrari powered cars only. To enroll, you must first register as an F1 driver, and then select the optional Driver’s School. This is an opportunity for you to enjoy an extra day of track with fewer other cars on the track. All drivers from White (novice) to Red (experienced) are welcome. Top instructors will be available to help you get acquainted with the track and to get the most from you and your car.

F1 Touring and Sports Run Groups on Tuesday and Wednesday, June 21-22

All F1-registered drivers are eligible to participate on the track on these 2 days. Ferrari powered cars only. There will be White, Blue and Red run groups to accommodate every experience level. Top instructors will be available to help you get acquainted with the track and to get the most from you and your car. All cars participating in F1 run groups (as well as in the Driver’s School) must have had a tech inspection within 30 days before the event. See below for details. Important – you must have the tech inspection completed before you come to the event. There will be no full tech inspection at the event.

(NOTE: F1 registration does not automatically include lunchtime track touring. If you wish to also participate in lunchtime track touring, you must purchase touring tickets separately when registering.)

Lunchtime Track Touring

Lunchtime on-track touring sessions are available for purchase on Monday, Tuesday and/or Wednesday. Open to all F1, F2 and F3 registrants. Lunchtime laps will be run with a pace car and speeds will be held to safe, reasonable limits. Helmets and tech inspections are not required. Non-Ferrari cars are permitted, but sorry, no vans or SUVs.

Lunch time touring drivers must be a minimum of 16 years old and have a valid driver’s license.  Passengers must be 13 years old or older.  Passengers 13-16 years old must be accompanied by a driver a minimum of 30 years old.
